Our staff will inform you about the health questionnaire that can be completed prior to your first visit. You can download it from our website and complete the form at home or arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointement.
Upon your arrival, you will receive two more forms. The fist one will let you know the objectives of our services and we will ask you to sign the second one to give us your consent to do the pertinent exams, interventions and tests.
We will start the consultation by looking together at your health questionnaire and we will ask you specific questions to better understand your situation. We will then proceed to do the necessary orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic tests. We will make general and specific evaluations of your nervous system and spinal column followed by surface electro-myography, thermography and a computerized postural analysis. We will take x-rays ,if necessary. Finally, on your next visit, we will explain the results of your exams, how we can help and the different options you have.
You will then have all the information necessary to make the best decision for your case. We are here to guide you and answer all your questions.
